01. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?

Every project is different, so we always schedule an introductory call to talk about your specific needs first. Then we’ll put together a custom proposal and quote just for you.

02. DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Absolutely! First, you'll pay a 30% deposit to reserve your spot in our schedule. From there, we'll break up the rest into 3-4 payments that will be spread equally throughout our project. However, we’re flexible and are happy to discuss other payment plans options that work better with your budget.

03. HOW SOON CAN WE START?

Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 1-2 months in advance. To get an idea of our current availability, fill out our client application form.

04. Why Squarespace and Shopify over Wordpress, Wix and other platforms?

Squarespace and Shopify are extremely user-friendly platforms. In the past, I have worked with many platforms but have found that Squarespace and Shopify have been the easiest for my clients to use.

05. I don't have any photos for my site, is this ok?

Yes! I can source imagery for you, otherwise I can recommend a photographer for you. It's always best having photos that are unique to your business, however if it isn't in the budget, don't worry!

06. What happens if I need work complete outside of the scope of work we agreed on?

All good! Any work that sits outside of the scope of work will be charged at my standard, hourly rate. And not to worry, I'll always notify you if this is the case.

07. Outside of the web design fees, what are the other costs involved?

On my behalf, nothing more! But just like any website platform, to launch your Squarespace or Shopify site, you will need to pay a monthly (or yearly if you prefer) fees for hosting. Other fees might include domain name, personalized email, etc.
